Time is one of the decisive factors in marketing real estate. Today, a prospective buyer wants to be provided with all the important information about the property quickly and easily.

For the Fabricius project, we have developed innovative software that makes exactly that possible. Potential buyers can view the apartments online and download exposés directly as PDFs at any time, which are updated automatically as soon as the broker changes data, such as the price, in the database. Thanks to the smart interface, this is quick and uncomplicated. For brokers, this means an end to Excel lists, less organizational effort, a better overview – and thus enormous time savings and a significant increase in efficiency.
